Start with what you want to earn and how much you want to work. Then build the offer, pricing and delivery model to support both.
Over four weeks, we’ll work through what to sell, what to charge, how many clients you need and how to deliver the work without letting it take over your week. We’ll also look at client dependency, so one person’s budget doesn’t get to decide your income.
If you’re starting out, we’ll develop your first offer. If you already sell a service, we’ll pressure-test its earnings, workload and boundaries—and improve what isn’t working.
Tell us about your skills, experience and the service you have in mind. We’ll review fit and contact you about the next available sprint. Registering your interest does not reserve a place or commit you to enrolling.
You know the service you want to sell and have the skills to deliver it. Now you want to work out how to earn enough from it without filling every available hour with client work.
This sprint could fit you if:
Consulting, coaching, advisory, fractional work and freelance services all fit here. So does made-to-order work, such as catering or commissions, where you quote, agree the scope and deliver.
You don’t need an audience, a website or previous independent clients. You do need to be willing to contact potential buyers, have sales conversations and work on your business between calls.
Still deciding what kind of work you want to do? Start with Life, Work, and Income by Design. If you’ve chosen your service but need help shaping the offer, you’re in the right place.
Over four weeks, you’ll work on your own offer, pricing and client pipeline, with feedback from me as you go. Every decision comes back to what you want to earn and how much time you want to spend earning it.
Prepare before each call. You’ll receive the material and workbook in advance, so you can bring your numbers, ideas and questions to the session.
Work through it together. We’ll meet on Zoom for four weekly, 60-minute group sessions to review your work, pressure-test your decisions and work through what’s holding you up. Whether you’re starting out or already selling, you’ll apply the week’s focus to your situation.
Put it into practice. Between calls, you’ll refine your offer, work through your pricing and start conversations with potential buyers. You can ask questions and get feedback in the private program chat throughout the four weeks.
After the sprint, your cohort chat stays open so you can share progress and keep in touch. Ongoing coaching options and the annual community are available through separate offers.
This is a working group program. You’ll make the decisions and do the outreach, with support along the way. Private sessions and work done on your behalf aren’t included.
I'm Krista Mollion, founder of FU Money Plan and a former 6x CMO.
I've sold services from both sides of the table. I co-owned, grew and exited an eight-figure agency, where selling services to clients was the business.
As a CMO, I bought services from agencies and consultants. And over nine years working for myself, I've sold consulting, fractional CMO work and advisory projects on my own, without a company name behind me.
I've also tested 12 income streams and made six pivots. Some services paid well. Others quietly became another job I didn't want, with a client as my new boss.
That's what we'll design around. We'll look at what you could charge, what you'd keep, how much of your week it would take and what happens if your biggest client leaves. The aim is more income and more options, without a new dependency.
Here’s what people I’ve coached and advised have said about working with me.
Bring the service you sell, or want to sell, and the experience behind it. Over four weeks, we'll sharpen your offer, set your price, build your pipeline and prepare you for the sales conversations that turn into clients.
You'll leave with an offer people can say yes to, outreach already underway and a 90-day plan that fits your time and responsibilities.
FU Money Plan: Build Your Thriving Services Business ❤️
Do I need paying clients already?
No. You can join before you’ve sold your first service independently, or use the sprint to improve a service you already sell. You do need to know which service you want to offer and have the skills to deliver it.
What if I already have clients?
We’ll pressure-test your current offer, prices, workload and client mix. You might need to charge more, tighten your scope, improve your pipeline or reduce your dependence on one large client. You’ll work on the parts of your business that need attention.
Can I do this while I’m employed?
Yes. You can build a service alongside your job, using the time you actually have available. Before approaching clients, check any employment terms that could affect outside work, conflicts of interest or ownership of your work. Reviewing your contract isn’t part of the program.
What if I’m not sure what to sell yet?
If you’re still choosing your direction, start with Life, Work, and Income by Design. If you know the service you want to sell but need to narrow the buyer, scope or format, we’ll work through that in Week 1.
Consulting, advisory, coaching or fractional: which model fits me?
We’ll compare how each model affects your income, responsibilities and working hours, then shape your offer around your skills, buyers and availability. You don’t need to arrive with the packaging figured out.
Should I work for free to get my first clients?
You don’t need to give your work away to start. We’ll look at a focused, paid first engagement with a clear scope and a price you can explain confidently.
Do I need a website, a company or an audience?
You don’t need a website, an audience or an established company to join. You’ll need a clear way to describe your service and a professional way for potential buyers to contact you. Business registration, tax setup and any requirements for trading where you live are yours to arrange; they aren’t covered in the sprint.
Will I land a client during the program?
You’ll start outreach during the sprint and prepare for sales conversations. You may sign a client within the four weeks, but it can take longer. Timing depends on your offer, market, network and follow-through. No clients or income are guaranteed.
Will you set my price for me?
You’ll make the final decision. I’ll help you work through your income target, costs, available hours and delivery commitments, compare pricing models and pressure-test your numbers in the group.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
Every session is recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the replays and materials. During the four-week sprint, you can bring your questions to the private program chat.
What comes after Build Your Services Business?
Once you've sold and delivered your work to multiple paying clients over time, Build Your Intellectual Property helps you turn that experience into original material. If you have one offer that sells and want more buyers, explore Market, Launch & Sell. Completing this program doesn't automatically establish readiness for either.
What's the difference between the FU Money Plan™ programs?
Each program focuses on a different stage.
Life, Work, and Income by Design helps you choose your direction.
Build Your Services Business helps you start selling a service you've already chosen.
Build Your Intellectual Property helps you develop original material from substantial client experience.
Market, Launch & Sell helps you grow sales of an offer you've already sold and delivered.
Selling a product? Start with Life, Work, and Income by Design. Once you've made your first sales, Market, Launch & Sell helps you reach more buyers.
Can I access the programs through the FU Money Plan Community?
Yes. You can apply for an individual program or choose a community pass. If you pick 12 months, it includes 365 day access to all four programs, community, challenges and trainings during your membership, plus two private sessions with Krista. Our Quarterly Pass for 90 days includes community access and the programs, challenges and trainings that run during that period. Both renew until you cancel so you can stay as long as you need to.
We’ll review the calendar and discuss which option fits your goals before you enroll.
